Returns & Exchange

We stand behind our products but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange for another product.  To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25 %) restocking fee for orders over $500.00. We do not offer return or exchange for bulk items.  

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less any shipping, processing, and handling costs accrued by us.

Note, depending on your bank or card issuer, your credit may take several days to appear. This is outside of our control and is determined by your bank or card issuer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages. For a return address, please contact us.
